A meeting of talented minds Warhol, Basquiat and Clemente were brought together through the determination of one man, the gallery owner Bruno Bischofberger, who realized the potential of such a joint venture. Each artist brings his own aesthetic to bear: Basquiat by means of his graffiti, Warhol in his role as Pop Art's ambassador, and Clemente via his personal vision of representational art. Although most of the works were signed only by Warhol and Basquiat, the works created reflect all three artistic styles, accurately displaying each artist's individual approach to his art - and, when things really clicked, a genuine commonality of vision.
