Michel Serrano was appointed General Manager of the Concorde La Fayette Hotel & Director of Operations Paris IDF in 2006.

A graduate of the ENMM of Marseille and St Bernard College, the majority of his career-to-date has been with the Accor Group holding various positions from EAM in Saudi Arabia & UAE, to General Manager positions in Thailand, Australia, Portugal and France, as well as Director of Operations in Mexico. He has also worked with Hyatt and Sheraton in both Mexico and Aruba.

Michel Serrano is Chairman of the INOTEC Committee for Asia (Technology & Innovation in Hotel Industry Thing Tank) and Vice President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Australia.
