Payment conditions
Each participant needs to guarantee their reservation by credit card.
A non refundable deposit corresponding to one night will be charged on the credit card at the time of the booking.
Individual cancellation policy
Total cancellation of the reservation:
Until 1st march 2012 ( D-30), one night deposit is non refundable.
From 2nd March 2012 (D-29), any reduction of stay, total cancellation, go-show or no-show made will be charged 100 percent on the credit card. |
