Individual reservation conditions
Each participant needs to guarantee their reservation by credit card.
A non refundable deposit corresponding to one night will be charged on the credit card at the time of the booking.

Release date

30 days prior to arrival.
At this date, all remaining rooms will be released with no charge

Cut-off date
30 days prior to arrival.
After this deadline, any reservation will be accepted on request according to the hotel’s availability.

Individual cancellation policy
Total cancellation of the reservation: until 30 days before arrival, one night deposit is non refundable.
From 29 days before arrival, any reduction of stay, total cancellation, go-show or no-show made will be charged 100 percent on the credit card.
