Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation.
The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee.
Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Concorde for AACSB International Conference participants.
Preferred room rate is 195 EUR single occupancy / 205 EUR double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes.
Daily breakfast is included in the room rate. All reservations must be made via the internet.
The Concorde Opera Paris Hotel must be contacted no later than September 18. 2010 to receive the group discount room rate. Reservation conditions
Every reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card.
The amount of 1 night reserved will be charged to the delegate's credit card upon reservation date.
Release Date
Booking deadline: September 18th, 2010.
Beyond that date, the availability and the rates can no longer be guaranteed.
Cancellation policies
- Until 30 days before arrival, one night deposit is non refundable
- From 29 days before arrival, any reduction of stay, total cancellation, go-show or no-show made will be charged 100 percent on the credit card
- In case of requests for more than 10 rooms, the General Terms and conditions of the hotel will be applicable
