Each reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
A deposit of 2 nights not refundable will be charged on the card upon reservation.
All reservations made without credit card details will not be confirmed by the hotel.

Payment conditions
Each delegate will settle the balance of his bill upon check out, as well as the extras.

Cancellation policies
In case of partial or total cancellation, all deposits paid will be kept by the hotel as cancellation fees:

• Until June 15th 2011, the deposit of 2 nights paid at the reservation will be kept
• From June 16th 2011, the totality of the stay will be charged
