Booking deadline: 14/03/2011.
Beyond that date, the availability and the rates can no longer be guaranteed.

Cancellation policies

Individual cancellation policy:
When booking:

• 1 night’s deposit to be paid for every 1 to 2 overnights
• 2 nights’ deposit to be paid for every 3 to 5 overnights
  

In case of partial or complete cancellation 30 days prior to the event all deposits paid or remaining due will be kept in the case of full cancellation of the event.
In case of partial or complete cancellation 29 days prior to the event the nights cancelled will be charged on the credit card.
No shows or go shows will be charged on the credit card.
