Reservation conditions

Each reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
A deposit of 2 nights not refundable will be charged on the card upon reservation.
All reservations made without credit card details will not be confirmed by the hotel.

Payment conditions

Each delegate will settle the balance of his bill upon check out, as well as the extras.

Cancellation policies

In case of partial or total cancellation, all deposits paid will be kept by the hotel as cancellation fees:

  • Total cancellation of the reservation: until 30 days before arrival, two nights deposit is non refundable.
  • From 29 days before arrival, any reduction of stay, total cancellation, go-show or no-show made will be charged 100 percent on the credit card.
