Reservation conditions
Every reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card.
From 60 days prior to arrival : the total amount of room nights reserved will be charged to the delegate's credit card.

Release Date

Booking deadline: February 3rd, 2010.
Beyond that date, the availability and the rates can no longer be guaranteed.

Cancellation policies
  • In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to the arrival date: no cancellation penalties.
  • In case of partial or complete cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival, the nights cancelled will be charged on the credit card.
  • No shows or go shows will be charged on the credit card.
