Food Reisen’s bar and dining overlooking Strömmen, where Lake Mälaren meets the Baltic Sea, serves seasonal Swedish contemporary specialities under the management of Stefan Bjur. Bleakroe, salmon, reindeer, lamb, seasonal mushrooms, berries and vegetables are always included on our menu. At the bar you can enjoy everything from a glass of red wine to our selection of whiskies, cognacs and calvados, perhaps a cigar from our well stocked Humidor. The banquet room Per Brahe with a beautiful salon en suite, caters for dinner parties in the style of our a la carte restaurant. Per Brahe can seat up to 22 people. Aperitifs, cocktails and coffee can be enjoyed in the salon.
