THE PALAIS DES CONGRES and The Hotel. Close to The Hotel Concorde La Fayette is integrated into the Palais des Congrès de Paris, one of Europe’s most important convention centres. Recent work by Christian de Portzamparc has doubled the size of the reception areas and completely modernised the centre’s facilities, making them suitable for a new generation of exhibitors. Palais des Congrès also has a public parking for up to 1,800 vehicles and offer direct access to both the hotel and the Boutiques of the Palais. Bernstein Suite: Situated on the fifth floor of the hotel, the Bernstein Suite offers a unique view of Paris from its 140 m² (1260 ft²)of terrace. This suite is a combination of two apartments, the Bernstein Suite and the Louis XV Suite, both of which can be rented individually. presidential suite: Perfect symbols of the true French Art de Vivre, the four bedrooms and three Presidential living rooms, of a total area of 350m2 (3150 ft²) have been further enhanced by the recent renovations and decorations by Sybille de Margerie (Interior designer of the Bernstein Suite). These three suites which have respective sizes of 115m2 (1035 ft²), 95m2 (855 ft²) and 90m2 (810 ft²) are made up of 4 bedrooms and 3 living rooms and can be sold individually.
