CONVENTION AND MEETING ROOM: The function rooms can host a variety of events such as international TV conferences, which utilize the hotel's advanced IT infrastructure, large scale trade fairs, receptions and meetings attended by just a few people. Rooms of different sizes are available to suit every requirement. Our experienced staff are happy to respond to any request and are always on hand to aid with the smooth running of an event. Meeting Room: Ayame Room, Chigusa Room, Suehiro Room, Six meeting rooms are available at the hotel. These rooms have been designed to be both quiet and private and can be used for a wide variety of events such as training sessions and celebratory functions. Two of the rooms are equipped with a washroom. Our experienced staff are always ready to aid and facilitate the guest's requirements. I need connecting rooms/early check-in. Can I book this online?You can enter special requests for connecting rooms, early check-in, etc., through the "special requests" field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request. Please inquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in. What if I need to book several rooms (for example, for my family reunion)? Fifteen or more people for the same arrival and departure pattern is considered a group booking.
