Saint-Tropez City Town Guide
When Paul Signac, a frequent visitor, looked at Saint-Tropez, he saw a painting. The ochre and yellow bell-towers, royal blue sky, and indigo sea of this Mediterranean countryside created the ideal palette.
Celebrities have made this little Provincial town into the most renowned French village in the world. However, behind all of the glitz and glamour, lie small picturesque villages hidden all over the peninsula between shady pine trees and vineyards.

Getting around
Only pedestrians can travel the narrow streets of old St-Tropez!
A bus leaves from the port's parking lot and goes from the port to the Place des Lices between Easter and October.
A municipal shuttle takes you to the beaches of Canoubiers and Salins all year round.
In July and August, there is a car service that will take you to Ramatuelle four times a day.
Hiring a car is the best way to explore the peninsula.
