I need help making a reservation online. What can I do ?

The following is a description of how you can make an on-line booking.

1.- Firstly, to make your reservation you have to choose the hotel where you would like to stay.

From the « Express On-line Reservation » page, you can select your hotel in 3 ways :
  • by selecting the destination and the hotel name
  • or selecting a city (search by destination)
  • or searching by the Hotel name
You can also book your Hotel directly from each hotel's web page by clicking
on the «Book now» button.

Once you have selected the hotel you would like to stay at, you will have to :

  • Select your travel dates
  • Select the number of adults that will be staying in each room
  • Choose your preferred bed type
  • Choose your preferred number of beds
  • Choose if you want a smoking or a non-smoking room
(preferences are not guaranteed until check-in)

3.- When you click on the «Check availability» button, you will move on to a new screen which will show you the rooms and the room rates that are available for the dates and the other criteria you have chosen.
Please be kindly informed that the rate types will appear on the screen according to the selected criteria you have made in the first step .

4- Once you have decided what type of room you would prefer, click on «Select Rate»

5.- If you want to see more information on the room rates, click on «view Rates Rules»

6.- After you have filled in the information required to confirm your reservation, click on the «Reserve Now» button. (Before you reserve, you can also add some special requests)
You will then be shown a screen with your booking locator number. This reservation number will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Do I have to send my credit card number through the Internet to book a reservation? Is your reservations process secure?

Yes, a credit card number is required for all reservations made via the Internet. To protect you against the unauthorized use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information.

The programme that sends your credit card number to our reservation system is totally safe and secure. The system is protected by a protocol known as SSL, which guarantees that all of the information you provide is encrypted or coded as it travels over the Internet.

Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and I don't show up?

Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked. Your credit card number is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation .
(A night penalty is applied in case of no show and according to the cancellation policy of the Hotel)

Can I cancel a reservation online?

Yes, to cancel a reservation online click on "Retrieve or Cancel reservation" from the on-line booking page. Retrieve the reservation and then cancel. Retain your cancellation number for your records.

How do I retrieve my reservation online?

You may search for existing reservations by using either a confirmation number or a credit card number.

NOTE: Your reservation MUST have been made on-line in order to retrieve or cancel it. Otherwise, please contact your nearest Concorde Hotels Reservation Center by phone.

How do I modify a reservation booked via the Internet?

Currently our booking engine cannot support changes to an existing reservation online. You may however cancel and rebook your reservation online.

We are looking at ways to enable you to change reservations and hope to have this available soon.
7 - 
I need more than one room. Can I book two rooms with one reservation?

No. Multiple rooms require multiple reservations. You can book a second room by repeating the reservation.

Please be aware that entering a request for two rooms in the "Comments" section will not guarantee two rooms, without your credit card number for security reasons.
8 - 
What if I need to book several rooms (for example, for my family reunion)?

Fifteen or more people for the same arrival and departure pattern is considered a group booking. Group bookings typically have different rate and availability structures, handling instructions and deposit requirements than non-group reservations. To book a group go to our Meet in Style section.
9 - 
I have a special request such as king-size bed, non smoking or accessible room. How do I book this?

Please read the rate descriptions carefully to ensure that you get the bed type you want. You can enter special requests through the «special requests» field of your reservation, the hotel will do its best to accommodate your request.

Please note that any children's requests have to be entered. Please be aware that discount prices for children travelling and occupying a guest room(s) with their parents will vary according to the Family Plan of the hotel.

I need connecting rooms/early check-in. Can I book this online?

You can enter special requests for connecting rooms, early check-in, etc., through the "special requests" field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request. Please inquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in

How to reserve a Special Offer or a Package?

If you click on the "Special Offers" section of the Web Site, you will be shown a list of hotels that are currently providing special offers. Once you have chosen your hotel, you have to click on the "Check availability" button, you will move on to a new screen which will show you the rooms and the room rates that are available for the dates and the other criteria you have chosen.
Please be kindly informed that the rate types will appear on the screen according to the criteria selection at the beginning of your booking on-line.

Special offers are identified in the on-line pages by «package rate» «promotional rate» or the code of the promotion which is displayed in the special offer section. If you need assistance please call your nearest Concorde Hotels Toll free reservations center.

How do I book a non-smoking room?

Non-smoking rooms are identified in the Room features on the Hotel availability display. Any room not designated as non-smoking is considered a smoking room.

I made a reservation for a Hotel. I was first told that dates were available and finally, when I provided my credit card, I was informed that «my request could not be processed»?

Some of our rates are available on Request. It is shown in " the rate description ". In that case, please send your request to the Concorde Help desk.

What are Concorde Hotel's Chain codes in the GDS?

You can get immediate access to Concorde Hotels using the CD code for Concorde Hotels on the following airline reservation systems :
