THE CAR PARK: With a surface area of 1,000m², the car park at the Concorde La Fayette hotel is larger than that of any other Parisian hotel. The car park is divided into three separate areas - the first reserved for cars and the unloading of luggage, the second for parking buses and coaches and the third reserved for taxis, which have a permanent station at the hotel.Doormen and luggage porters are on hand 24 hours a day to help guests arrive and depart from the hotel in a smooth and efficient manner. The car park has 20 parking lots and hotel guests can also use the public Parking Maillot, where there are 1800 spaces. This is located under the Palais des Congrès, 100 meters away.

From each room’s magnificent windows, guests can experience the greatest example of living art in the world. The Tower has 33 floors, housing 1,000 rooms which are divided into 2 categories: From the 8th to the 24th floor: The “La Fayette Hotel" (from the 8th floor) “Superior rooms", “Classic rooms”. From the 25th to the 33rd floor: The “Club La Fayette” (from the 25th floor) “Executive rooms”, “Club La Fayette rooms & Suites ». All rooms are air-conditioned and have direct telephone lines, television, TPS satellite, a mini-bar and 24-hour Room-Service. The “La Fayette hotel” and the “Club La Fayette" also have facilities for Pay TV and, on request, guests can have access to video games and the Internet.

At a height of 140 meters, the Concorde La Fayette dominates the French Capital and crowns the International Centre of Paris. It was the first skyscraper to be built in Paris and the first IGH (great height tower hotel) in Europe. From its opening in 1974, the Concorde La Fayette was one of the most technologically advanced hotels in the world – a position that it has maintained thanks to a continuous programme of investment and improvement. Most recently this has involved extensive restoration costing more than 20 million Euros, which has been carried out under the guidance of the hotel’s general manager. Over 1,200m of suites, 1,390m of bedrooms, 1,800m of corridors and 2,000m of kitchens have been renovated. Work has also been carried out to the Hall and to the exterior of the building, including the car park. Throughout this activity, which took place between September 2000 and April 2002, the hotel remained opened and maintained its usual high levels of service.
