Hauts lieux des réceptions de prestige, les Salons Concorde, dans le cadre du programme de rénovation de l'ensemble de l'Hôtel, et pour répondre à la demande, ont été agrandis par la création de deux espaces d'environ 300 m² chacun : l'Espace ARC EN CIEL, décoré par le peintre ISTRATI, et l'espace ETOILE D'OR, à l'ambiance chaleureuse et précieuse des boiseries claires. Accès à ces salons soit par le Palais des Congrès (4ème niveau, accès direct parking Porte Maillot) soit par l'hôtel (1er étage).

THE PALAIS DES CONGRES and The Hotel. Close to The Hotel Concorde La Fayette is integrated into the Palais des Congrès de Paris, one of Europe’s most important convention centres. Every year, the Palais des Congrès hosts a wide variety of exhibitions, conventions, spectacles and general assemblies. Recent work by Christian de Portzamparc has doubled the size of the reception areas and completely modernised the centre’s facilities, making them suitable for a new generation of exhibitors. Palais des Congrès also has a public parking for up to 1,800 vehicles and offer direct access to both the hotel and the Boutiques of the Palais. Some figures: More than 19 000 m2 of exhibition space, 9 000 congress areas, More than 2 000 exhibitions per year, More than 1 million visitors per year, A building of more than 41 000 m2.

At a height of 140 meters, the Concorde La Fayette dominates the French Capital and crowns the International Centre of Paris. It was the first skyscraper to be built in Paris and the first IGH (great height tower hotel) in Europe. From its opening in 1974, the Concorde La Fayette was one of the most technologically advanced hotels in the world – a position that it has maintained thanks to a continuous programme of investment and improvement. Most recently this has involved extensive restoration costing more than 20 million Euros, which has been carried out under the guidance of the hotel’s general manager. Over 1,200m of suites, 1,390m of bedrooms, 1,800m of corridors and 2,000m of kitchens have been renovated. Work has also been carried out to the Hall and to the exterior of the building, including the car park. Throughout this activity, which took place between September 2000 and April 2002, the hotel remained opened and maintained its usual high levels of service.
