From October, the BNF in Paris is devoting a large exhibition to Asterix, the famous cartoon by Uderzo, enjoyed for over 50 years by young and old over the course of 34 albums, almost 35, translated into 107 languages and dialects with 350 million copies sold worldwide. Embracing the oeuvre in its gestation, the artist's imaginative world, the phenomenal and universal dimension; this retrospective examines the œuvre's sources in an amusing way, in an immersion in the world of these indomitable Gauls and an analysis of the potion responsible for the incredible success of their adventures.
