The room category you reserved was a superior city view with a queen bed. At the moment of your reservation, we recognize that there was a misunderstanding on our official website: the distinction between the superior city view room with a queen size (which has no balcony and with 27 square meters area) and with king size (which has a balcony and with 35 square meters) was not very clear, that is why we understand your feedback. A modification has been done in July on our website: the following mention has been added SPECIFICITY QUEEN BED: In a cosy style and with a surface of 27m², this room is ideal for people travelling alone or in business travel. Endowed with a queen bed, this room has not a balcony. We hope this explanation can answer to your questions and hope to welcome you soon for your future stay in Nice.
