THE BEDROOMS: Most of the bedrooms have recently been refurbished by the interior designer Sibylle de Margerie. Bold tints of blue and yellow blend elegantly with the light tones and floral patterns chosen for some of the rooms. Here one finds materials from such famous houses as Pierre Frey, Manuel Canovas or Romanex. The bathrooms in light marble or tiled in white encourage complete relaxation of mind and body. Natural daylight, soft bathrobes, Annick Goutal products, hair dryers, spacious baths, mirrors and telephone allow you to enjoy your precious time here in perfect peace. The George Washington Suite, a recent addition, cannot fail to impress. It is a prestigious suite, where the luxury of the accommodation blends perfectly with the contemporary design of the furniture, designed and created by one of the most renowned American designers: John HUTTON.

The Hotel Concorde Saint-Lazare...from the XIXth to the XXIst century: It was the end of the XIXth century. Paris, the city of invention, travel and luxury was celebrating the Great Exhibitions and was entering the new century proud of its new constructions: the Grand Boulevards of Baron Haussmann, the Opéra Garnier, the Petit and Grand Palais, the Orsay and Saint-Lazare districts...In 1889, to accommodate the rich visitors flocking into Paris for the Great Exhibition, the Hotel Concorde Saint-Lazare, known then as the Grand Hotel Terminus, first saw the light of day.

THE LOBBY: The entrance and the lobby of the Hotel Concorde Saint-Lazare are a masterpiece of French architecture, registered as they are in the inventory of Historic Monuments. An elegant glass canopy welcomes you into the entrance hall decorated with mosaics and tall pillars of pink Scottish granite. The lobby is in itself an impressive sight.It is decorated with mirrors with arched frames and pillars of light marble. The paintings and sculptures, representing angels, are the work of Lameire. Two bronze and crystal chandeliers, fashioned in Baroque style, light up the glass ceiling.
