The mahogany floor, fireplace and luxuriously comfortable sofas and armchairs make The Nobel Bar a pleasurable place to enjoy light snacks and an impressive selection of aperitifs and liqueurs from classic single malts to vintage ports and brandies, the best champagne and a wide variety of premier cru wines and a large choice of cigars.

Open every lunchtime and evening throughout the year, from 10:00 am to 01:00 am.
At day’s end, the Nobel really comes into its own. An aperitif before dining at Vertig’O is an old favourite, as is a pleasant late evening for a light bite, listening to piano music while gazing at the Lake.
