This smart restaurant is a modern interpretation of a traditional brasserie. Overseen by the Chef Brasserie Le Faubourg Jörg Schlüßler, the cuisine is traditional French with a Mediterranean accent. The Brasserie Le Faubourg offers 'après midi' snacks, as well as lunch and dinner, and from May onwards, guests can enjoy dining al fresco on the terrace. Business lunches are available, as well as the special 'Déjeuner du Dimanche' brunch on Sundays.
