Yamazato Restaurant
This authentic Japanese restaurant, with its rice paper screens and lanterns, has also been awarded a Michelin Star and is the only traditional Japanese restaurant with a Michelin Star in the whole of Europe. More than 50 Japanese speciality dishes are prepared by Mr Oshima, the head chef, and his team, offered in a Sukiya style interior, inspired by Zen Buddhism and the heyday of the ceremonial houses of 15th and 16th century Japan.
