Laëtitia Demante joined Concorde Hotels and Resorts in January 2006 as Operations Support and Quality Manager for the 14 owned and leased hotels.

In her position, she works in close collaboration with Marie-Bé Lallemand on all operational projects and is responsible for quality.

She started her career as financial controller at the Hotel Lancaster in Paris and the Hilton London Metropole in London. Before joining Concorde Hotels and Resorts, she spent two years with InterContinental Hotels as Operations Support and Quality Manager.
