Vincent Mackie joined Concorde Hotels in July 2006 as Corporate Director of Human Resources, and HR Director for the Concorde La Fayette. Responsible for the group's HR strategy, he oversees social relations, career development, training and recruitment. His main mission is to build a new HR spirit in the Concorde Hotels group.

Graduated in law and business from La Sorbonne and from Reims Business School, Vincent Mackie joined Concorde Hotels in 2006 from Hilton International. He occupied the position of regional Human Resources Director for hotels in the greater Paris area. He previously held positions in the HR field in prestigious companies such as la Comédie-Française.
