The Loby: The new furniture in the foyer is the work of the famous designer HIERRO. It successfully combines the « eiffelien » style of the foyer with the robustly contemporary spirit of the designer. Taking his inspiration from different elements which adorn the foyer, HIERRO was able to create an atmosphere of quiet peace and a style of exceptional elegance. The curved lines of the armchairs and sofas and the green and plum tones are a perfect foil to the glass tables and the polished lamps, gilded with gold. Rivets, so typical of the Eiffel Tower, can be found in the feet of the armchairs. The coloured studs outlined in gold which are a feature of the furniture, echo those which decorate the pillars in the foyer. Finally, paintings which draw their inspiration from the crest of the old Hotel Terminus now adorn the walls of the reception area, adding a finishing touch to the new decorations.
