Most of the bedrooms have recently been refurbished by the interior designer Sibylle de Margerie. The dominant colours - tones of sand, brown and red - and high quality materials - Pierre Frey, Le Tisserand, and Canovas – encourage you to linger in this very exceptional suite. DATE OF CONSTRUCTION: The Hotel Concorde Saint-Lazare, known at the time as « Grand Hôtel Terminus », was built in 1889 by the Compagnie des Chemins de fer de l’Ouest to accommodate visitors to the Great Exhibition. DECOR: Behind the rather sober facade we find a decor of pink marble, paintings, and Lameire sculptures. SITUATION: The hotel is situated opposite the Gare Saint-Lazare, a few minutes’ walk from the large stores on the Boulevard Haussmann, from the Madeleine and the Opéra, and 7 minutes from “La Défense” by train.
