The Hotel Concorde Saint-Lazare...from the XIXth to the XXIst century: It was the end of the XIXth century. Paris, the city of invention, travel and luxury was celebrating the Great Exhibitions and was entering the new century proud of its new constructions: the Grand Boulevards of Baron Haussmann, the Opéra Garnier, the Petit and Grand Palais, the Orsay and Saint-Lazare districts...In 1889, to accommodate the rich visitors flocking into Paris for the Great Exhibition, the Hotel Concorde Saint-Lazare, known then as the Grand Hotel Terminus, first saw the light of day.
