As a qualifying agency, each time you book a commissionable rate via the GDS, web, email, fax or telephone, your agency will be entitled to receive commission.

Concorde Hotels & Resorts use World Payment Systems (WPS) to process commission payments. If you have not received a commission payment please send us the following details for prompt action:

• Guest name
• Hotel name
• Exact date of arrival
• Rate quoted
• IATA number/CLIA booking number
• Confirmation number provided at the time of booking
• Booking channel (GDS, web, email, fax or telephone)

Please note that commission requests must be for stay dates that are at least 30 days in the past before action can be taken.
