For the majority of reservations (whether made via this website, our toll free numbers or one of the GDSs) will be updated immediately in the respective hotel-level system. It is possible to retrieve these reservations via the initial point of reservation (e.g. this website or the GDS), via one of our central reservations numbers, or directly with the hotel using the precise guest-name and date-of-arrival.

For some cases however, our hotels do not have a direct interface with our Central Reservation System (CRS) and this may result in a short delay before the reservation is updated in the hotel's own Property Management System (PMS). Please therefore note the following before contacting a hotel directly:

• A reservation made via this website, one of the GDSs or our reservations centres may not be immediately available at the hotel. The hotels may only retrieve reservation lists several times per day.

• Confirmation numbers may be different between each system: the GDS, our CRS and the hotel PMS. Please therefore always have the full reservation details, including guest-name and date-of-arrival, when retrieving reservations directly with a hotel.

• Although we will always do all possible to accommodate special requests, we may not be able to guarantee them until the day-of-arrival.
