A total of 13,000 square feet of meeting space is available, including the unique Roof Top Pool area, which offers one of Boston's most dramatic views. The Colonnade Boston has a total of 15 thoughtfully appointed function rooms of varying styles and sizes. All are soundproofed, fully carpeted, and equipped with the latest technology, such as high-speed Internet access (wireless and wired) to lend the highest degree of professionalism to your presentations. 	Boardroom Elegantly decorated in warm, traditional colours, the Boardroom features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Prudential Center and Copley Square. The room contains 18 cherry wood executive chairs around a solid cherry boardroom table with a glass top, and a lounge area at the end of the room. Additional features include a bar, coat closet and television hidden behind built-in cabinets along the wall. Size - 49 square metres (526 square feet)

	Colonnade East With its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Prudential Center and Copley Square, this private function room offers natural light and captivating views. The room is also equipped with a built-in TV / VCR behind French cabinets, as well as a coat closet. Size - 54 square metres (576 square feet)

	Colonnade West Adjacent to Colonnade East, to which it is joined by a private door, Colonnade West has the same floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Prudential Center and Copley Square, offering natural light and captivating views. Colonnade West also has a built-in TV / VCR behind French cabinets, and a coat closet. Size - 43 square metres (463 square feet)

	The Huntington Ballroom and Foyer One of Boston's newest and most luxurious spaces, the Huntington Ballroom and Foyer is located on the Lobby level, and accommodates up to 650 guests. Reminiscent of the ballrooms found in the grand hotels of Europe, the Huntington Ballroom boasts exquisite marble flooring, hand-knotted, custom-designed area rugs, and walls with fine plasterwork and silk upholstery. Beautiful custom-designed chandeliers are suspended from the vaulted ceilings, painted with fanciful trompe l'oeils. Finished with finely milled cherry wood, the ballroom is a truly breathtaking venue for any special occasion. As functional as it is luxurious, the Huntington Ballroom is equipped with the very latest technology, including high-speed wired and wireless Internet access, hidden 9' 0" x 12' 0" and 6' 0" x 10' 0" automatic projection screens, LCD projectors which drop from the ceiling, and conveniently placed electrical and audio-visual outlets hidden in the floor on each side of the room. 	Braemore and Kenmore Rooms The Huntington Foyer also gives access to the Braemore and Kenmore Rooms. Both these rooms are elegantly appointed in finely milled cherry wood, with Axminster carpets from Ireland's most prestigious carpet manufacturer. The rooms are equally suitable for corporate functions or to provide overflow space for large social functions. Size - 109 square metres (1170 square feet)

	Salon Privé The Salon Privé, the private dining room of the Brasserie Jo, is an elegant room appointed in the same rich cherry wood and marble as the main dining room. The walls are decorated with vintage French posters, giving the room an informal air without the stuffiness of an ordinary banquet space. Size - 66 square metres (711 square feet)

	Roof Top Pool The unique Roof Top Pool, with its air of vintage Hollywood glamour, is available for private functions - an exciting venue for a private party or corporate event. Private Roof Top Pool events may be booked until the end of September. Size - 418 square metres (4500 square feet)
