Meeting Rooms
The Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo has nine fully-equipped function rooms, with capacity for up to 450 guests, providing the latest audio/visual and communications equipment. A dedicated Meeting Coordinator is available to ensure that every detail is taken care of, from a small corporate lunch to a formal reception. Many of the reception rooms can be combined for added space.

Donia
The biggest event space in the hotel, the Donia room has a maximum capacity of 450 people buffet style and 300 seated in banquet style. Perfect for any occasion, this room is elegantly decorated and can accommodate extensive conferences or the largest of parties and celebrations.

The Farah room is very well-equipped with the latest audio/visual and communications technology. It can accommodate up to 120 people theatre style or 60 classroom style. A brightly decorated and spacious room, creating an inviting and comfortable event location.

Zurich 1
Providing modern audio/visual technology, this room has a mximum capacity of 100 people classroom style or 30 U-Shape. It can be added to Zurich 2 for added space, up to 250 people classroom style and 216 theatre style, accommodating all sorts and sizes of events.

Providing modern audio/visual technology, this room has a mximum capacity of 100 people classroom style or 30 U-Shape. It can be added to Zurich 1 for added space, up to 250 people classroom style and 216 theatre style, accommodating all sorts and sizes of events.

Lausanne
Spacious and well-equipped, this room is suited to a more private event. Its maximum capacity provides space for up to 35 people classroom style, 30 seated in banquet or 24 U-Shape. The Lausanne room can be joined to the Montreux meeting room for added space (double capacity).

Comfortably decorated, the Genève is the smallest event space in the hotel and provides a friendly and welcoming ambience. It is still very spacious, at 39 square metres, and benefits from all of the necessary amenities on offer in the hotel.
