Disturbingly human.

From April, the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art invites the Australian sculptor Ron Mueck to present his works. Solo exhibitions of the artist's work are rare in Europe, this is the first since the very successful 2005 exhibition at the Cartier Foundation. This new exhibition is the most complete and most up-to-date look at the artist's recent work.

The exhibition will reveal, in addition to six recent works, three sculptures which have been created especially for the event. These works are shown alongside a film documenting the creative process, reaffirming the modernity and powerfully evocative quality of Mueck's work.
