Les Ambassadeurs
At the beginning of 2004, the hotel's gastronomic restaurant was given a new look by the Parisian interior designer, Sybille de Margerie. She has infused the former ballroom of the Dukes of Crillon with modern warmth, without compromising its splendour. Subtle lighting brings a beautiful glow to the yellow Sienna marble. The chef, Jean-François Piège, has put together a classic French menu that takes excursions into contemporary cuisine. Using only the highest quality ingredients and drawing on his unique savoir-faire, he offers honest dishes that reflect the changing seasons, and shares fascination for good food with the guests. The wine steward David Biraud has received a number of awards in recent years, and uses his sensitivity to create exciting pairings of dishes and wines. The service is courteous, attentive and unfussy.

The work of Jean-François Piège reflects his preoccupation with 'orchestrating' his cuisine so that it corresponds perfectly with the setting of the restaurant.
The gastronomic restaurant Les Ambassadeurs ranks among the top restaurants in Paris, while 'Obelisque remains one of the favourite places for fashionable Parisians. The Piano bar Crillon with its famous cocktails and the Winter Garden afternoon tea room, which opens onto the Summer Patio offer the visitor a wide selection of high standard menus, each with a unique atmosphere and flavour.
