New Concorde-Hotels.com website: latest improvements to our Meetings & Events service
The newly designed website will significantly assist you with your search for the perfect venue for your event. Simply enter the maximum capacity of your planned meeting in the Meeting Room Finder and the site will list all possible hotels. Once you have narrowed your selection, explore full details of each hotel, including floor plans for the meeting rooms, where available. Finally, use the online Request For Proposal (RFP) to make your enquiry or call our team directly on one of our toll free numbers.
In the near future, we plan to develop the website still further:
- Design the perfect room for your function virtually, online: in partnership with MeetingMatrix International, the world's leading provider of software solutions for event planning, diagramming and modelling, a number of Concorde Hotels provide an Online Event Planner tool to help organise your event.
- Rooming Lists: from June 2007, a specially designed and pre-formatted Excel file will be made available to automatically upload participant lists into the hotel system, enabling the event organiser to have full quality control of name spellings and stay dates.
- Or better still: allow participants to make their own reservations themselves using a bespoke, private page on the website dedicated to your event. This unique website address will allow delegates to book their own stay requirements against your negotiated rates.
