CORPORATE COMMITMENT

Helping the Communities around us is an integral part of our Responsible approach. In order to accomplish this, Concorde Hotels & Resorts mobilises everyone that deals with its corporate commitment.

At a global level

Concorde Hotels & Resorts supports projects run by CARE France to help the victims of climate change.

• in the "North", we are committed at the level of our subsidiary hotels and our head office through awareness, prevention and energy saving initiatives.
• in the "South", we support CARE France in helping people affected by climate change and developing appropriate initiatives depending on the situation: promote sustainable agriculture, develop access to water, improve food security, respond to natural disasters.
• Concorde Hotels & Resorts extends this commitment to its employees
• We encourage the community involvement of our employees by proposing initiatives to support Care France: sponsorship, fund-raising with additional contributions from Concorde, solidarity challenge (sports challenges) and the option to donate online via the Group's Intranet.
• Concorde Hotels & Resorts extends this commitment to its customers and partners
• Among other things, we invite our customers and partners to participate in initiatives to support Care France: donations in the form of miles, online donations via concorde-hotels.com, evening charity events and "solidarity packages" (a share of every package sold is passed on to Care France)

At a local level

All Concorde hotels undertake to carry out a solidarity initiative with the community

• We support the individual initiatives of our employees. Volunteers are congratulated at an annual lunch organised by the Management.
• Concorde Hotels & Resorts extends this commitment to its customers and partners
• All Concorde subsidiary hotels invite "group" customers to participate locally in an initiative that benefits the community:
